The initial step of finding and reserving the right venue for your next event is free. We will offer you the choice of deciding which venue and will use our buying power to secure the most competitive rate possible. 

TCM can continue to help through all of the next critical steps, including Event Administration, and Conference Management. Whatever you decide, we know that each and every enquiry is unique.
