NEW CLIENT PROJECTS

 

Just got news that we won a recent tender to take on the sales, marketing, website, online registration, event management and on site management of a large 2 day conference in Birmingham in October 2010.  The team are delighted!

 

Also gearing up for a variety of events associated with a new product launch.  With estimated sales of £25 Million for 2011 and with this being the first of a planned Global launch the spotlight is really on us.

 


 3.3% NO SHOW


Tailormade Conference Management recently managed the pre-event administration for a client’s event. This involved everything from inviting and confirming attendance, venue booking, to taking care of travel and accommodation needs. The professionalism of Amanda`s approach resulted in the best attendance the client has ever experienced with a non attendance rate of only 3.3%. This was significantly lower than a similar event the previous year.

 


PRE-EVENT NETWORKING

We have been investigating ways to enable delegates to network securely and effectively online prior to an event.  We trialled a new innovation with "Event Scope" and delegates were really pleased with the results.
